Cheeseburgers
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 white onion
- 12 bars cheese
- 12 roll sliders
Glaze
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions
1. Step
Combine the beef and spices in a bowl. Press the beef into the bottom of a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Drain the liquid and set aside.
2. Step
In a frying pan, add the olive oil. Add the diced onion and stir. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant. Drain excess oil and set aside.
3. Step
Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in the same baking dish.
4. Step
Top the bottom half of the rolls with the cooked beef, then the onions, and then slices of cheese in a single layer. Top with the top half of the rolls.
5. Step
In a bowl combine the melted butter and all other ingredients for the butter topping. Then, brush the rolls with the butter topping and sprinkle sesame seeds.
6. Step
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 180°C.
7. Step
Serve and enjoy.
