1. Step

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, oil, milk, salt and sugar in the bread maker. (You can mix the ingredients in a separate bowl first to make sure that all the ingredients are well distributed in the dough.)

2. Step

Set the bread machine on the "dough" program and let it do the work for you. (Use the silent program and try to time the rising time to fit your daily schedule.)

3. Step

When the dough is ready, remove it from the oven and leave it to rest for 15 minutes, then shape it into a loaf, or however you like.

4. Step

Return the shaped dough to the bread machine, set it to the "baking" programme and wait for it to finish baking.

5. Step

When ready, allow to cool before slicing.
