1. Step

Blend the watermelon pieces with the orange juice until obtaining a puree. Add sugar and sieve the mixture.

2. Step

To serve, fill the champagne flutes halfway with the watermelon puree.

3. Step

Add the champagne slowly and carefully, to avoid spilling.

4. Step

Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint or mint leaves. Enjoy!
