- 340 g dark chocolate
- 340 g white chocolate
- 1⁄2 tsp Peppermint extract
- 75 g Candy Canes
Grease a baking sheet with butter and line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
Chop the dark chocolate and melt it. Add in the peppermint extract and mix.
Pour the dark chocolate into a pan and spread it out evenly. Then, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Crush the candy canes into small pieces and set them aside.
Chop the white chocolate and melt it. Then, pour it over the dark chocolate layer and spread it out evenly
Sprinkle the candy canes pieces all over the chocolate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Take it out of the fridge, cut it into pieces and enjoy!
