VIDEORECIPE Original and tastiest recipe for chocolate hedgehog slice
This is an uncooked flat, square or bar-shaped chocolate snack, similar to a fudgey chocolate brownie but with alternating lighter and darker areas. The darker areas are chocolate flavoured. The lighter areas are crushed biscuit rice puffs, or similar.
- 250 g chopped chocolate biscuits
- 1⁄2 cup designated coconut
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 150 g chopped butter
- 350 g dark chocolate chips
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
Melt and mix the chopped chocolate biscuits, coconut, walnuts and cocoa powder. Set it aside.
In a saucepan, add 100 g of butter and 150 g of chocolate chips
Add condensed milk and put it in the oven on low heat until all the ingredients are melted and combined. Then, let cool down for two minutes.
Add it to the biscuit bowl and mix well until the ingredients are combined.
Pour it evenly into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Pat it down and wack in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a small saucepan, put 50 g of butter and 200 g of chocolate chips. Put in the oven on low heat until is melted.
Take the baking tray out of the fridge and pour in the made mixture, covering the surface evenly. Then put it back in the fridge for an hour.
Cut, serve and enjoy the original and most delicious chocolate hedgehog slices!
