- 200 g noodles
- 1 lb filleted chicken
- 1 cup Chinese cabbage stalks
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup carrots
- 1⁄2 cup onion
- 1⁄2 cup pepper
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon maize starch
- 1⁄4 tsp grated ginger
Chop the stems of the Chinese cabbage, broccoli, onion, pepper, and carrot. Cut the chicken into medium strips.
Cook the pasta, bring the water to boil and when it is boiling add the broccoli for 3 minutes, drain and pass it through ice water.
Strain the noodles and add oil.
Sauté the chicken in a wok with very high heat add oil, put the chicken with salt, black hot pepper and soy sauce, sauté the chicken for about 7 to 10 minutes without drying out and set aside.
Put the wok on the heat. Add oil and grated ginger and sauté the vegetables for 7 minutes over high heat, dissolve 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in half a cup of water and set aside.
When the vegetables are crispy add the chicken with its juice.
Add the cornstarch little by little and another little bit of soy sauce to give it colour and flavour.
Add the pasta and mix, when it is well mixed and the pasta is hot add the broccoli and finally add the Oyster Sauce and serve. Enjoy!
