VIDEORECIPE Easy and tasty fish curry

- black pepper
- olive oil
- 200 g fish
- 2 tablespoon curry paste
- 1⁄2 red onion
- 1 carrot
- 150 g chips
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dash white wine
- 300 ml of broth or water
- 50 ml milk cream
In a bowl put the fish in cubes and add curry in paste, stir and let marinade
In a preheated pan add olive oil and add red onion, carrot, and chips. Sauté.
Add the fish and garlic, and sauté.
Add white wine, salt, black pepper, broth or water, and curry. Stir and cook for 15 minutes.
Add milk cream, stir and serve.
