1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C and wash the chicken breasts.
2. Step
Heat the oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
3. Step
Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and sear them on both sides.
4. Step
Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish, pour over the cream and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Step
Bake them in the oven for 30 minutes.
