Spritz dates back to the 1800s, but Aperol was not created until 1919. It gained popularity in the 1920s and 1930s and soon became the bitter liqueur's most popular. It's a refreshing, sweet and sour summer drink, full of palate-pleasing sensations.
- 75 ml Prosecco
- 50 ml Aperol
- 25 ml of sparkling water
- cubes ice cream
- 1 orange
1. Put a few ice cubes in the Aperol glass
2. Add the Prosecco
3. Add the Aperol
4. Add the sparkling water. Then, cut the orange into slices.
5. Your Mimosa is ready. Cheers!
